Trump Tower (New York)

Donald Trump's recent emergence as a frontrunner for the White House seat prompted us to tell you a little bit about his New York residence: The Trump Tower.

1. Past tenants include Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo, actor Bruce Willis and composer Andrew Lloyd-Webber. The 17th floor is occupied by the North American football federation, CONCACAF.

2. An amazing waterfall, 60 feet high, largely occupies the eastern wall of the building.

3. Being regular home of NBC's The Apprentice isn't the only public and commercial venture the building

The stunning atrium of Trump Tower; look, its even got a
Starbucks!
includes the flagship offices of fashion company Gucci and sportswear outfitter Nike.

4. The American Super Scraper houses: Jacuzzi bathtubs, wood and stone floors, custom kitchen cabinets, state-of-the-art appliances, numerous walk-in closets and washer and dryers. As well as an array of other luxurious content.

5. Before Trump Tower, the land was occupied by the beloved Bonwit Teller flagship department store. The store housed ancient sculptures of Greek goddesses, that Donald Trump claimed would be donated to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This was not the case; the sculptures were destroyed.

6. There are 263 large and luxurious condominiums on floors 30 through 68 and residents have a private entrance on 56th street. Upscale retail shops and fine dining occupy the lower floors.
