Fresh Start for the City

An accurate view of the City. The tallest being 22 Bishopsgate.
Hello viewers and welcome to an exclusive, TSS special. A lot of you guys have been left confused about the matter involving proposed buildings in The City of London. As you probably know, thanks to our posts on the Super Scrapers, a lot of the skyscrapers in that area are designed and made by large international companies such as KPF. These companies obviously have work abroad and are busy with bigger projects for example: Shanghai Tower, Ping An Finance Centre. As these projects are completed, they move onto the next job on their agenda and work through that.

Now, unfortunately for us Londoners some skyscrapers such as the Pinnacle are quite far down the list, therefore they are far from completion. This is down to the great recession and money troubles. We won't bore you with the history. The beautiful helter-skelter design was put aside and for a few years nothing was said. Yet recently, it has been sold away completely re-designed to a different yet nice looking building and the concrete core and foundations of the previous pinnacle were taken out ready to start fresh. This is just one of the many cases that has been going on in the City.

In a matter of about 3 years it will be resolved and there will be straight-forward plans and hopefully no problems. But as KPF said:"We live in a changing world. There are always problems that we need to work with and resolve. At the end all will be better for the City and for London." And on that note we bid you farewell. Stay tuned, stay cool and keep Super Scraping!
