Future of London: The City by 2020: Landmark Pinnacle

Just when we thought Canary Wharf had finished with it's rectangular, 'basic' designs along came Landmark Pinnacle. Almost definitely an icon by 2020.

5. Landmark Pinnacle

This Super Scraper is probably best known for its residential factor.  Upon completion it will boast 75 stories and will consequently become the tallest residential building in London. The unique shape and form of the skyscraper resembles that of the dock's destination.  It will be famous for its luxury: the building will consist of a landscaped roof garden, gymnasium, lounge dining rooms, cinemas, and children’s play areas as well as a striking amenity pavilion, providing a public cafĂ© with indoor and outdoor play space for families at ground level and on its roof, which rises from ground level on an inclined plane to provide a ‘pocket park’ overlooking the adjacent dock. We're sure this building will be treasured by the citizens of London.  Construction ends by 2020 and will certainly make itself home on the list of Super Scrapers.
